OXBO are partnered with a leader in the UK renewable energy industry. With a portfolio spanning battery storage, renewables and energy trading.

As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to drive growth across commercial, SME, and industrial customers.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for winning new business and managing key relationships across both direct sales and Third Party Intermediary (TPI) sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across commercial, SME, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and manage relationships with TPI partners to maximise sales channels.
  • Create and present tailored energy proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance via CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales (energy sector experience advantageous).
  • Degree educated in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
