Summary

Our client is a well-established renewable energy investment and asset management platform with a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets across wind, solar PV and battery storage projects.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Asset Manager to support the technical and commercial management of operational renewable energy assets. This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio and play a key role in optimising asset performance, contractor management, and commercial outcomes.

This position would suit someone with experience in renewable energy asset management, operations and engineering, who is looking to further develop their career within a highly regarded renewable energy business.

The Role

• Support the technical and commercial management of operational renewable energy assets
• Monitor asset performance, availability, and operational KPIs
• Coordinate with O&M providers, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Support budget management, reporting, and commercial oversight across the portfolio
• Review operational issues and support resolution of technical challenges
• Assist with contract management, including service agreements and warranties
• Contribute to optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement across assets
• Support health & safety and compliance processes across the portfolio

Requirements

• Experience within the renewable energy sector, ideally within asset management, operations, engineering, or technical project delivery
• Technical and commercial understanding of renewable energy assets
• Understanding of HV/MV systems, either through direct industry experience or relevant education
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
