OXBO are supporting an International IPP who develop, build, own and operate renewable energy projects across over 12 countries internationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing land suitable for developing onshore wind projects across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure land for the development of onshore wind projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, farmers, municipalities, and local stakeholders.
• Support negotiations of land lease, easement, and option agreements.
• Maintain accurate land databases, contract records, and GIS information.
• Coordinate with development, permitting, and legal teams to ensure land rights support project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and support due diligence activities.
• Monitor land-related risks and opportunities throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Geography, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in land acquisition, property management, renewable energy, infrastructure, or a similar sector.
• Familiarity with land rights, lease agreements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with GIS tools is advantageous.
• Fluent German and professional English language skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
