OXBO are working with a renewable energy development team delivering solar, battery storage, and onshore wind projects from early-stage development through construction and into operation. The role supports the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior team members and taking ownership of specific project tasks.

The role requires the successful candidate to go into the Glasgow offices 3 times per week
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of renewable energy projects through development, construction, and handover
- Manage key workstreams including grid connection interfaces, engineering inputs, contract procurement, and administration
- Oversee pre-construction activities such as planning condition discharge and readiness requirements
- Track project progress, budgets, reporting, and technical documentation
- Monitor HSE and quality compliance, including CDM requirements Liaise with grid operators, contractors, regulators, and local stakeholders
- Support resolution of technical, commercial, and delivery issues Contribute to project planning, risk management, and execution strategy
Experience Required
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Environmental Science, Ecology, or similar
- 3+ years’ experience in renewable energy project delivery (solar, wind, or battery storage) or transferable sector experience
- Experience across project lifecycle stages, from development to construction
- Knowledge of grid connection processes and stakeholder management
- Contract management experience (procurement, negotiation, administration, performance tracking)
- Understanding of UK planning and consenting processes
- Awareness of HSE legislation, including CDM Regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and solve problems proactively Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, or PV design software
