OXBO are supporting an international renewable energy IPP who have an impressive portfolio of Solar, BESS, Onshore Wind and Hydro projects internationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing the company’s portfolio of mainly onshore wind projects throughout Germany up to ready to build.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of onshore wind projects from origination through permitting and pre-construction.
• Identify and assess new project opportunities, including site screening and land availability analysis.
• Coordinate environmental, technical, grid connection, and permitting workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with municipalities, authorities, consultants, grid operators, and local communities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and development milestones.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and investment approval materials. Support commercial negotiations and project acquisition activities where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Sciences, Geography, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate development, or a comparable sector.
• Understanding of onshore wind development processes and permitting frameworks in Germany.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to evaluate project risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent German and professional English language skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
