OXBO are supporting a rapidly expanding renewable energy developer focused on utility scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects across Italy.
With multiple projects under construction and a significant authorised pipeline, they are looking to hire a Junior HSE Advisor to join their offices in Rome.

The Role:
- Ensure compliance with national HSE regulations across construction sites.
- Monitor HSE performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of HSE practices throughout development, construction, and operational phases.
- Conduct investigations into accidents and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as CSP/CSE or Assistant CSP/CSE on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of national HSE regulations.
- Ability to carry out HSE inspections independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
- Fluent in Italian and a good command of English.
