Summary

OXBO are exclusively supporting a growing UK-based energy infrastructure developer focused on delivering utility-scale renewable and storage projects. The business operates with a lean, dynamic team and a strong pipeline of projects

The role requires someone to go to the London office 2-3 days per week, with very occasional site travel

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of construction and O&M contracts (primarily FIDIC).
• Support project delivery through budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Manage contractor and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and project risks. Establish and improve commercial processes and frameworks.

Experience Required

• ~5+ years’ experience in energy, infrastructure, or utilities (renewables preferred).
• Strong experience with contract negotiation and management (FIDIC desirable).
• Commercially astute with experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Relevant professional membership advantageous (e.g. CIPS, RICS, ICM).
