Summary
OXBO are working with a multi-billion dollar asset management firm operating across the USA, UK and UAE. The role supports the the front office business in a team consisting of software engineers, quants, and data scientists that provide business solutions for the cross-asset investment team.
As a Software Developer in the Technology department, you will work with various teams at the firm to design and develop front and/or back office software solutions or applications end to end, as well as build service-based architectures and frameworks.
The role can be based in NYC, Stamford, CT or London and will work on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Create software applications supporting new feature enhancements delivering product roadmap requirements.Â
Experience Required
- Degree in technology (BS or MS)
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Must be proficient in Technology Stack (C#, SQL Server (relational databases), REST API, WPF, WCF, Web UI, MQ/Redis) and Systems (Bloomberg API, VPM Accounting, Geneva, LiquidityBook, Eze TC, Quantifi, Intex, Tableau, Cognos)
- Must be able to think logically and solve problems
- Solid project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
